Organizational Changes in Metal Product

At the end of this business year, which was extremely specific with all its events as it was the year of COVID, we want to present the organizational changes that have happened in Metal Product for which we believe will be the foundation for an even better future.
For us, this year will be historic, because now at the end of this year we have finished the reorganization of our company. After 53 years of business success, the time has come for Metal Product to transform from a craft workshop into a real company with a modern and more efficient leadership according to the principles of corporate governance. We started from a craft workshop in 1967 and reached the level of a respectable company known and recognized in the domestic and as well as in the foreign market with 240 employees. The reorganization we are hereby presenting, is a result of a process that lasted several years in developing a new business model which we believe is a foundation for the future progress, new projects and fresh ideas. To offset the new corporate structure, Mr. Šafran resigned from the position of President of the Board of Metal Product last week and a Supervisory Board was established that has appointed a new Management Board.
The new Supervisory Board of Metal Product consists of Stjepan Šafran, as the President of the Supervisory Board, prof.dr.sc. Mladen Vedriš as Vice President of the Supervisory Board and M.Sc. Marko Delic as a member of the Supervisory Board. At yesterday's Supervisory Board meeting, a new Management Board of Metal Product was appointed, consisting of B.Sc. Igor Vrdoljak as President of the Management Board, and members of the Management Board M.Sc. Barbara Vuković and Dr. Josip Tržec.

With the new organizational and management structure, we expect a more modern approach to business, introduction of modern technologies, stronger development of our own products and acquisition of new markets, and we are convinced that the solid foundations of Metal Product will be the basis for sustainable business in the future.
